Acceptance of Terms
By accepting our estimate, you explicitly agree to our detailed terms and conditions. You authorize All Softwash & Power Washing LLC to perform agreed-upon services and fully release the company from any and all liability.
Description of Binding Agreement
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and All Softwash & Power Washing LLC. This includes exterior cleaning services, power washing, soft washing, roof washing, and related services. Terms are subject to periodic updates without prior notification.
Authorizations
Clients authorize unrestricted access to their property for inspections, assessments, and service completion. Clients must ensure accessibility to water sources and confirm accurate contact details.
Risks & Liability Acknowledgement
Despite strict safety measures and training, potential damage due to pre-existing conditions, neglect, or defective materials is possible. The client explicitly acknowledges sole responsibility for all property maintenance and pre-existing conditions.
Inspection Process
An initial inspection will document property condition, noting existing damage. Technicians perform detailed pre- and post-service inspections, documenting conditions thoroughly with photographs stored in the client’s portal.
Plant & Landscaping Protection
Special measures are taken to protect landscaping; however, clients must disclose sensitive plants needing extra precautions. The company explicitly disclaims liability for any landscaping or plant damage.
House Wash Preparation
Clients must complete detailed preparation steps prior to service, including shutting off external electrical sources, removing obstacles, and securing pets. Patio and deck furniture must be removed prior to service. Any items that cannot be moved should be properly covered by the client before our arrival. The company is not responsible for damage to uncovered or non-relocated items. Failure to follow these steps may result in additional fees or rescheduling.
Water Source Guidelines
Clients must disclose their water source type (well, municipal, etc.). The company explicitly disclaims liability for pump or well malfunctions. Adequate, consistent water pressure must be maintained throughout the service.
Electrical Safety Disclosure
Clients must shut off external electrical breakers to avoid hazards. The company will additionally cover external electrical outlets and fixtures with protective tape to further ensure safety during services. The company explicitly disclaims responsibility for damages resulting from faulty or pre-existing electrical conditions.
Notice on Oxidation
Oxidation may become visibly prominent post-cleaning. The company explicitly disclaims responsibility for pre-existing oxidation visibility. Specialized oxidation removal services are available.
Weep Holes & Post-Cleaning Residue
Post-cleaning residue from weep holes may occur but typically resolves naturally. The company explicitly disclaims liability for this natural occurrence.
Disclosure on Soot, Rust, and Efflorescence Stains
Standard house washing does not remove stubborn stains such as rust, soot, or efflorescence. Specialized treatments are available at additional costs. The company explicitly disclaims liability for stain removal.
Artillery Fungus
Artillery fungus spores are difficult to remove and often require specialized treatments. Clients are encouraged to prevent conditions that promote fungus growth. The company explicitly disclaims liability for artillery fungus removal.
Special Considerations for Wood or Log Sided Houses
Special cleaning solutions and methods are required for wood or log-sided structures. Clients acknowledge sole responsibility for all related risks and outcomes.
Window Cleaning
Basic window cleaning provided with house washing may leave spots. A purified water-fed pole system, removing all spots and streaks, is available for an additional fee. The company explicitly disclaims liability for window spotting. Hard water stains that cannot be removed with our purified water-fed system may require chemical treatments involving strong acids. This service is available for an additional fee and is not guaranteed to fully remove the stains. Clients must sign a scratch disclaimer acknowledging potential risks before this service is performed.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutter cleaning includes debris removal and inspection for damages. Pre-existing gutter issues will be documented. The company explicitly disclaims liability for gutter conditions.
Cleaning Brick, Pavers, Concrete, and Other Hard Surfaces
Concrete cleaning includes general removal of dirt, grime, and organic buildup. Rust and oil stains are not included in the standard service. These may require specialized chemical treatments available for an additional fee. Results are not guaranteed due to variables like surface age, condition, and stain depth.
- Clients must acknowledge these limitations and sign a scratch/chemical disclaimer.
- Cracks, chips, or aged materials may become more visible after cleaning.
- Efflorescence or deep stains may remain.
- We recommend sealing treated surfaces to preserve appearance.
We are not liable for damage or appearance changes resulting from treatment or cleaning.
Roof Wash Acknowledgement
Roof cleaning uses gentle soft wash methods. Organic growth will shed naturally. Clients requesting aggressive removal must sign a liability waiver. The company disclaims liability for any roof condition post-service.
Understanding Roof Granular Loss and Organic Growth
Granular loss is normal and worsened by organic growth. The company disclaims liability. Clients accept full responsibility.
